(Which is something I can't say for any other New Super Mario Bros. However, this game at least does enough to stand out from it. Wii doesn't really feel very inspired if you ask me, as it just takes a big bite out of the DS game. Unlike games like Super Mario Galaxy, where they managed to make this fun, (in my opinion) they aren't fun at all here. My least favorite levels tend to be gimmicky, like the ones where you tilt the Wii Remote. I'm also not a big fan of the level design. The Propeller Mushroom and Penguin Suit are cool, but other power-ups like the Ice Flower seem redundant (since Penguin Suits are utilized almost just as much) and the Mini Mushroom are super underutilized as opposed to the DS game. The ideas introduced in this game tend to either work or don't. Now that I finally decided to play it again thanks to a friend of mine, I can say I had a pretty good time. I didn't remember much of my experience with this game when I played it 9 years ago and I was 7 years old. Wii is an excellent game that I recommend. After completing those worlds, you continue to World 9 which is a star world.

I personally hate the beach world the most because you have to go under water in some levels and enemies like purple cheep cheeps are down there and I hate them. World 3: A fun snowy world that is easy and very enjoyable. World 2: The desert world that is a bit harder than World 1. Here's a description of each world: World 1: The enjoyable and easy grassland world with Princess Peach's castle in it. Of course, Princess Peach is captured by Bowser and you have to save her by going through 8 worlds and beating Bowser and his kids. You can play as Mario, Luigi, Yellow Toad, or Blue Toad to play. Wii works in many ways and I'm very impressed. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. At the end of each stage during the coin battle multiplayer mode, players are ranked based on the number of coins they have collected. New items include the propeller suit, which will shoot players high into the sky with just a shake of the Wii Remote, and Mario’s new ability to transform into Penguin Mario. The first player to reach a seesaw might make it tilt to help his or her character reach a higher platform - or might maike it tilt incorrectly just to mess with other players. In some areas, players use the motion abilities of the Wii Remote controller. Players can even ride different Yoshi characters and use their tongues to swallow enemies, items and even balls of fire.

Mario, Luigi and two Toads are all playable characters, while many others from the Mushroom Kingdom make appearances throughout the game. Players can pick each other up to save them from danger or toss them into it. Wii offers a combination of cooperation and competition. Mario, Luigi and two Toads are all playable characters, while many others from the Mushroom Kingdom make appearances throughout the New Super Mario Bros.
